    ON-SITE FURNISHED APARTMENT IN DOC’S HOUSE
    There is room for four female students in the lower level of Doc’s house in a fully furnished apartment with bedding, kitchen utensils, and other amenities for $600 per student for the full three weeks.  This is a first-come/first-served option, and half the rent must be paid along with the $1000 deposit.

    Our successful relationship with United Apartments in Mt. Pleasant allows us to offer fully furnished apartments to our students for weekly rates.  Currently students who sign leases to stay at their WestPoint Village complex, just 8 miles from campus, pay approximately $750 for the full three-week session; a $250 security deposit, which is refunded if apartment is left clean, is required.  When we know a student is coming and wants housing, we let you know the process to be able to live at WestPoint Village.  More information on this choice is available from MEDA upon request.
